"You think you look strong because you can hold on, but strength lies in letting go." ~ Alan Mandell

Letting go is an essential part of the healing process, especially when we have lost a loved one.  It’s ok to let go of your grief.  Some people feel that when they have lost a loved one they must feel grief forever.  Like it’s their punishment for being here while their loved one has crossed over.  As if it is an open wound that doesn’t deserve to heal. That they no longer deserve happiness.  And if they do happen to feel a twinge of joy, it would dishonor their loved one in heaven.

But the reality is, your loved ones on the other side don’t want you to continuously wear that badge of grief.  They want you to let go of that gray cloud over you.  They want to lift you out of the depths of grief and help you live your best life.  They want you to smile, laugh and feel peace.

Psst... I See Dead People.

Are you like me? Do you see dead people, too? Ok, well, maybe not "see" them (thank goodness!!). But do you hear them? Feel them? Do...
